Full Body Blitz

Challenge every part of your body with a combination of strength and high intensity movements. This class will define and tone as well as improve muscular strength and endurance. You will need either dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates, or you can use large water bottles or rucksacks filled with books or cans.
